Pickup and Delivery. We offer same day delivery for all orders received by 10:30 A.M. In addition to regular business hours services, gateway offers Special, Rush and Emergency Delivery services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Indexing. Gateway's bar code system allows the cross-reference indexing of any system: alphabetic, numeric and alphanumeric.
Inventory. A listing of the contents of each container as provided by our clients.
Retrival and Re-filing. Immediate access to any container, file or document. Gateway's staff will re-file items for you in the appropriate location.
Destruction Certified destruction of your vital records maintaining full confidentiality. A certificate of destruction will be issued to you. Scheduled destuction using secure shredding consoles & bins or on call destruction by the box services. On-site or Off-Site shredding is available.
